John Ferarro

Chairman of the Board and Secretary

John F. Ferraro has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thermodynetics since 1981. He also is President of Pioneer Capital Corp. and Treasurer of Pioneer Ventures Corp. Previously, Mr. Ferraro held various engineering and management positions at United Technologies Corp. He is a widely-published author, focusing on topics concerning business and investments. Mr. Ferraro was a contributing editor to the Handbook of Wealth Management, McGraw-Hill, New York, 1976. He is a registered Patent Agent, registered with the United States Patent Office. Mr. Ferraro was a member of the 1989-90 Governor's Task Force to study and make recommendations on increasing the manufacturing base for the state of Connecticut. He has served as Chairman of Connecticut's Congressional Committee for Appointees to the U.S. Air Force Academy, and has held numerous other political and civic appointments. He has served as a Trustee for a number of educational and religious organizations, as well as a Director of several industrial corporations. Mr. Ferraro holds the degree of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from New York University (1962), graduating with honors and distinction.
